All have epic mounts and detailed tabards as Exalted rewards. You can visit Wowhead's faction pages for more information, as well as our reputation guides, which have been updated for 5.4.Įight factions originally shipped with Mists of Pandaria: four have epic gear rewards, while the other four have quirky vanity items. I will share with staff if requested. This guide provides quick facts for every Mists of Pandaria faction: where their quartermaster is located, how to gain reputation, and rewards. They’re so abundant that you can stand there and cast Chain Lightning near constantly. It should be this easy to farm reputation, though. This is clearly a bug, albeit a minor one that does not allow gold profit since these mobs to not drop loot. These mobs respawn after only a matter of seconds, and so you can farm them with AoE to kill so many that you achieve exalted in under an hour. With all three active at once, you have dozens of easily one-shot mobs that grant 10 Golden Lotus reputation all within kill range (before using the Grand Commendation). If you kill these three clusters, or perhaps even if you simply let them despawn, you can cause all three packs to spawn fresh at the gate to the north and head south on their converging paths. There are no other mobs for them to fight, and they do not phase out (which they may mean to). These mobs are reaching their destinations, freezing, and then teleporting somewhat underground in dense clusters. These Granite Quillen level 90 mobs can be found spawning south of the gate and running southward, splitting into three brief directions after heading down the ramp. This bug may simply be conflict and issues with the assault phasing and changes and how they’re interfering with the old phase of the zone. In the Valley of Eternal Blossoms, if you use the dragon NPC to phase back into the past of the zone, there arises a bug with the Granite Quillen mobs running south into the Vale at The Golden Stair (north gate).
